Who am I?
A guy from Canada with a love of retro pinups and old-fashioned glamour.
I love women. Bold, sexy, confident women who embrace a timeless notion of beauty. Women who wouldn't be caught dead without high heels and red lips.
These are my obsessions...
I have a challenge for you ladies who follow and love my blog: I would like you to send me pictures of you out in the real world in your stockings and/or a story that comes from your choice to wear your beautiful stockings in today’s world. It could be a comment you received or overheard when you were walking by. It could be a picture of your outfit that day or if you really love sharing your sexy fashions, every day!!
When I start to get submission from you wonderful ladies I will create a page that will act as a showcase for the amazing, brave, bold, sexy women you are! You are singlehandedly keeping alive real stockings; the most perfect, most precious bit of feminine finery every conceived by man.

There are many, many stockings blogs. Let’s just say if you love real stockings you are not alone.
Here are just a few I love in no particular order:
I trust that’ll kick your fetish for fully fashioned stockings into over drive!

When you compare these stunning, intricate works of art to the scrunched up mess you get with modern stretch hosiery there really is no debating how truly magnificent they are. They have never been eclipsed in terms of their pure perfection after decades and decades. So pretty.

As much as we are all currently infatuated with tattoos, it’s important to remember that a woman’s pure, unblemished, un-inked skin is just so beautiful. The paradox of “retro” pinups covering themselves from head to toe in tattoos is something to be considered. I love pinup girls as much, perhaps more, than most people, but it’s not authentic to see all that ink. It’s bad ass and sometimes very beautiful but to be absolutely period correct and truly timeless you have to look like this…or Dita…or the other gals who forego the ink and instead show us what smooth, porcelain skin and some pretty lingerie can do.
Just a thought.
